Guest Loyalty Cards Terms & Conditions

General Conditions

The loyalty card is non-transferable and must be presented at the till at the time of purchase or applied if using the App.

The points (equivalent to 10% of the purchase price) will be assigned to your account.  The points for the first use of the card will be available for redemption twenty-four hours after the initial purchase thereafter points may be redeemed immediately prior to completion of a purchase.  Purchases prior to card-holder status will not accrue points.  Byprestige® or its’ affiliates cannot be held responsible for unauthorised use of the loyalty card.

The card may be used for Food & Drink purchases (not as part of an accommodation package) but not in conjunction with other offers.

Please notify any changes of name, address or contact details. These changes can be made either by email or letter to Byprestige Limited, Barony Castle Estate, Old Manse Road, Eddleston, Peebles EH45 8QW.

Byprestige® responsibilities in respect of the loyalty scheme are set out in these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Scotland.

  1. To collect points for a purchase you must present your loyalty card at a till before you pay (or at the time of ordering on the App). If you do not have your loyalty card with you, you will not be able to claim your points.
  2. You will receive 1 point for every £1 you spend at the affiliated outlets. Points are awarded after any discounts have been deducted from the bill and awarded only on the final amount you pay.
  3. If the final bill is not a whole pound the remaining balance will be held over until your next purchase i.e. £19.95 final bill, 95p will be retained towards your next reward.
  4. If for any reason the bill is voided, refunded or otherwise cancelled any points on that bill will be deleted from your account.
  5. Twenty-four hours after the first purchase points will be automatically added to your account and available for redemption via a till.
  6. The loyalty card remains the property of byprestige® at all times and reserves the right to change or alter the terms and conditions of the operation of the loyalty scheme. If it is decided to do so, byprestige® will seek to let you know in a reasonable time by displaying notices in the affiliated outlets and on its’ website.
  7. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for a small administration charge, currently £5.
  8. Other products/services may be excluded from the loyalty scheme at byprestige® ’s discretion. Where a product/service is excluded from the scheme display notices will be in the affiliated outlets and on the website.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Any personal information gathered from you for the purposes of the administration of the scheme will be held securely and in accordance with Data Protection law and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Byprestige® may seek to contact you by email to keep you informed of any significant changes to the loyalty scheme and to alert you to any special offers (from our affiliated outlets) which may be of interest to you.  For instance, this may be offering double points over a specified period of time.  If you do not want to receive this type of alert, please indicate on the application form.
